manganese sulphate evaporator The old production  method: a single reactor operation, yied: 40 tons per day input : the original manganese sulfate concentration 30%(4800KG per hour) output:1800KG per hour, manganese sulfate monohydrate (including surface water 8%) water evaporated:3000KG per hour, fresh steam consumption is 3400KG per hour daily fresh steam consumption is 81600KG the new method:( the single evaporator use the waste steam from the reactor ) a single reactor with single effect forced circulation evaporator system 30% manganese sulfate solution into the single effect forced circulation   evaporator, about 42% discharge, and then pump into the single reactor  for further evaporation until obtaining manganese sulfate monohydrate crystals. Steam consumption amount is 1980KG/ hours, daily fresh steam consumption is 47520KG Above all: save steam volume: 34080KG per days                  save steam volume: 11246.4Tons per year
